How much does a Vauxhall Vivaro conversion cost?
The Cosmic Orion package for the Vivaro starts from £21,399 inc. VAT for the short wheelbase. Long wheelbase and options such as awnings or extra solar are itemised on your quote, so you see every line before you commit.
Which Vivaros do you convert?
We convert the Vivaro B, the generation built alongside the Renault Trafic, in short and long wheelbase. If you are not sure which you have, send us the registration and we will check.
What's the difference between SWB and LWB?
The long wheelbase adds around 40cm of load length, which usually goes into a bigger kitchen or more storage behind the bed. Sleeping and seating are the same on both. Most families choose the short wheelbase for parking; the long one suits longer trips.
Can I change the layout or add options?
Yes. The Orion package is the starting point, not a fixed menu. Awnings, extra solar, heating upgrades, seat fabrics and exterior styling are all itemised on the quote.
What warranty do you offer?
All our conversion work is covered for two years. Pop tops and fitted equipment also carry their own manufacturer warranties, which we hand over with the van.

Please do. We are at Unit 17 Dunstall Park Road, Allenton, Derby, Monday to Thursday 8am to 6pm and Friday 9am to 12pm. You can meet the team and see Vivaro conversions in progress.
