Absolutely delighted with the comprehensive first stage of our conversion. We were completely new to campers and before we even got as far as talking to Cosmic about converting our van, I'd seen some of Dario's content on YouTube sharing his expertise and knowledge about do's and don'ts, best ways to use a budget, suitable models to purchase etc. I looked in to other converters when we bought our panel van but kept coming back to Cosmic. The level of information on their website and transparency around pricing etc is both useful and reassuring for newbies like us. When I made the initial enquiry Roger was full of advice and explained everything to me in language that I could understand. On deciding what we wanted, Dario was super responsive and efficient (even though he was on the other side of the world at the time) - again providing advice and guidance along the way, updating quotations speedily and efficiently. We managed to get booked in quickly and over the time Cosmic had our van, we were able to see updates on Instagram and we were frequently sent photos of progress. The van was ready when they said it would be and handover was smooth and informative. We are delighted with the level of both service and workmanship - and all at a very fair price. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cosmic and when the time comes we'll be speaking to them about the final stage of our conversion

Just picked up my t6 which cosmic campers had fitted a storm pop top. The experience was seamless, from speaking with Dario and getting a quote put together to picking the van up after the work had been carried out. Communication was brilliant, from a courtesy call before the van went in and then emails from Roger with pictures at various steps of the pop top being fit. Excellent service from the team at Cosmic Campervans. We opted for a Planar Diesel heater for our T5. Prices were very reasonable and availability to book the van in was good.The install quality was exceptional and Roger and the team took time to run through the system operation and a full demonstration.It’s easy to give good customer service when things go well but harder to do when there are problems. We had a few issues post install that were mostly down to a previous owners poor quality electrics. The team at Cosmic worked through them for us and made sure everything was as it should be and back to top quality. Cannot recommend these guys enough.Very knowledgeable, friendly team and seemingly nothing is too much trouble. They even make a good brew if you’re there for a bit while they check things over.For any future work I will be returning here as the guys are first rate.

It's a tough call, allowing someone to cut a big hole in your pride and joy! We looked at several different people to fit a pop-top roof to our T5 and after visiting them, we settled on Cosmic Campervans in Derby. The reasons for this; M1 crash certificate for the roof, professional organisation, good options and a good online presence.We are very pleased with the work done and the roof itself, it makes such a difference to our van and how we use it.Go for the bi-fold bed option, it makes such an improvement for the space inside.Remember, you get what you pay for and unless you absolutely have to get it done as cheap as possible, Cosmic are well worth a look.

They have just converted my Vauxhall Vivaro Van with a Drivelodge pop up roof. I went for the option with LED lights and carpeting. The standard of workmanship is excellent and very professional. Also very good communication from Roger, who kept me updated with photos as the work progressed and was most helpful. All in all a very happy customer!

I really genuinely cant recommend these guys enough. I had storm pop top fitted in the Mrs new T5 pride and joy, with scenic canvas, lights and carpeting.The standard of work was fantastic, genuinely, the care they have shown and level of service is amazing.We drove a fair distance to go to them as they offered the carpeted sliding hatch cover , and the overall standard of dealing with them from quote onwards was fantastic.I have to give a special mention to Roger who's communication, throughout the process was exceptional, sending us photos of the work in progress, facilitating drop off out of hours, and picking me up from the station and dropping me off when i collected the van. The van came back cleaned and i was given a full walkthrough of how to operate and secure the pop top.Mega impressed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone. At the end of the day having a big hole cut in your roof is a worrying experience and not something you want rushed or not done properly and these guys were brilliant, and reassuring throughout.Thanks Cosmic 🙂

From the moment we first contacted Dario and his team regarding have a storm roof fitted to our T5 the service has been amazing. Professional quote provided with a full breakdown. We were booked in easily with a date to suit us. On the day we turned up we were guided through the choices we had made and given a choice of finishing which was really helpful. Extremely friendly staff, still not sure of the name.of.who we spoke with but what a lovely guy. We then left the van with them and returned on the collection day and oh my what an amazing job, the craftsmanship and work done is amazing. Cannot express how pleased we are with the work done. I commissioned Cosmic Campervans to install a full lining package, speakers, a Storm pop-top roof, a heater, inverter and a few other extras into my VW Transporter. Dario and his team were fantastic from start to finish. They were responsive and accommodating throughout several rounds of requests that I made during the booking process, gave me regular updates during the build, and a full overview of the new fittings on completion. I can't wait to take my van out on some adventures in 2023. I will add some photos to this review when I do.
