Our Pop Top Roof provides you with a top-quality, easy to operate and sleek pop top, that can easily transform your Campervan from a 2 berth to a 4 berth.

The shell is made using vacuum infusion. This process ensures that the roof is free from any trapped air pockets which can lead to distortion.

All fixtures and fittings are manufactured from stainless steel and are built into the shell during manufacture. Our stainless steel high lift hinges are finished with a modern black powder-coated finish.

The roofs come as standard with a Charcoal Grey canvas. This can be upgraded to a scenic version which allows you to unzip and fix the canvas back for that ‘wild camping’ experience. The canvases can (for a small fee) also be upgraded to a choice of alternative colours.

The roof is suppled fully UK M1 Tested with Certification and also an industry leading 5-year product warranty, giving you that peace of mind

A Pop Top Roof grants you unlimited freedom when journeying throughout the British Countryside and further afield. Having an instantly self-elevating tent on the top of your camper is a luxury you won’t be able to live without!

Not only does this allow you to sleep an extra 2 adults inside your campervan, but it also increases the interior head height inside the main living space when the Roof Bed is not in use. This creates efficient use of space in the tightly packed Transporter Rear Interior.

We have specifically built this self-install kit to allow anyone with experience or even no previous experience, the possibility of installing their own pop top, thus saving you thousands in labour costs when compared to having it installed at a conversion company. It also means that you can get the pop top installed on a much quicker basis rather than waiting for a long lead time with a traditional conversion company.

Just picked up my t6 which cosmic campers had fitted a storm pop top. The experience was seamless, from speaking with Dario and getting a quote put together to picking the van up after the work had been carried out. It's a tough call, allowing someone to cut a big hole in your pride and joy! We looked at several different people to fit a pop-top roof to our T5 and after visiting them, we settled on Cosmic Campervans in Derby. The reasons for this; M1 crash certificate for the roof, professional organisation, good options and a good online presence.We are very pleased with the work done and the roof itself, it makes such a difference to our van and how we use it.Go for the bi-fold bed option, it makes such an improvement for the space inside.Remember, you get what you pay for and unless you absolutely have to get it done as cheap as possible, Cosmic are well worth a look.

They have just converted my Vauxhall Vivaro Van with a Drivelodge pop up roof. I went for the option with LED lights and carpeting. The standard of workmanship is excellent and very professional. Also very good communication from Roger, who kept me updated with photos as the work progressed and was most helpful. All in all a very happy customer!

I really genuinely cant recommend these guys enough. I had storm pop top fitted in the Mrs new T5 pride and joy, with scenic canvas, lights and carpeting.The standard of work was fantastic, genuinely, the care they have shown and level of service is amazing.We drove a fair distance to go to them as they offered the carpeted sliding hatch cover , and the overall standard of dealing with them from quote onwards was fantastic.I have to give a special mention to Roger who's communication, throughout the process was exceptional, sending us photos of the work in progress, facilitating drop off out of hours, and picking me up from the station and dropping me off when i collected the van. The van came back cleaned and i was given a full walkthrough of how to operate and secure the pop top.Mega impressed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone. At the end of the day having a big hole cut in your roof is a worrying experience and not something you want rushed or not done properly and these guys were brilliant, and reassuring throughout.Thanks Cosmic 🙂

I commissioned Cosmic Campervans to install a full lining package, speakers, a Storm pop-top roof, a heater, inverter and a few other extras into my VW Transporter. Dario and his team were fantastic from start to finish. They were responsive and accommodating throughout several rounds of requests that I made during the booking process, gave me regular updates during the build, and a full overview of the new fittings on completion. I can't wait to take my van out on some adventures in 2023. I will add some photos to this review when I do. I also look forward to arranging for Cosmic to work on some additional modifications in future.
